WNC YouthOUTRight is a volunteer-based nonprofit organization that depends on the support of its community members like you! There are a number of ways you can help us remain a thriving and important resource in our area:

Susan Blexrud’s Books:

Love Fang is the tale of a vampire with an infected fang who falls in love with his dentist.  Dental drills whir and hearts pound as this unlikely duo struggles to find happiness.  Will he reconcile his 500-year-old guilt and grief?  Will she trade her fear for a set of fangs?

Delora’s Necklace propels a modern Mexican-American college student back 900 years to the Mayan civilization and a husband she didn’t know she had.  Will she return to her comfortable life in Miami, or risk everything for a Mayan warrior?

Financial Donations:

With the economy tightening on foundation grants and scholarships, Youth OUTRight is in need of monetary donations in any amount! All donations are tax-deductible, and a receipt is provided for your tax records upon request.

Our challenge to you: Stay home on one Friday night this year! Use the money that you saved from NOT buying dinner and a movie ($25) and donate it to Youth OUTRight.

Our entire program is operated by community members who generously donate their time and energy. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please contact us by phone or email above to request a volunteer application and more information. You can volunteer on either an one-time basis (i.e. a guest speaker or set-up crew for a fundraiser) or on a regular schedule (i.e. facilitator or committee member).
