Crisis & Harm Reduction Resources
It's ALWAYS okay to ask for help. You may not need these resources in this moment, however, you or someone you know may need them in the future. Save them just in case! In the event you find yourself in crisis, take deep breaths, reach out for support if you can, and utilize these resources as needed.
